Responsibilities

• Own monthly and annual completion targets and forecast accuracy.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and coaching.
• Manage broker relationships and introduce new introducers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across geographies and channels.
• Chair pipeline meetings with Underwriters and Portfolio Manager.
• Produce regular sales reports and maintain pipeline visibility.
