Ascot Bridging Finance Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand the introducer network and originate high-quality lending opportunities. You will nurture broker relationships, engage with Head of Sales and Operations, and drive growth through strategic partnerships within the bridging finance market.

The role requires an existing network of brokers, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development in property finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience within bridging finance, specialist property finance or development finance.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or Sales.
• Strong understanding of bridging finance products and lending structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware and target driven.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of active broker and introducer relationships.
• Generate new lending opportunities across Ascot Bridging Finance's product range.
• Identify and onboard new broker relationships.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of lending opportunities.
• Achieve agreed lending and business development targets.
• Actively promote Ascot's products and lending proposition.
• Conduct regular broker meetings, presentations and relationship reviews.
