Zusammenfassung

BD is recruiting a Territory Manager for Breast & Plastic Surgery to grow GalaFLEX adoption across reconstructive and aesthetic breast procedures in the South UK. You will own the territory, build relationships with surgeons and clinical teams, and drive adoption through clinical evidence and product evaluations.

This role combines commercial ownership with scientific engagement and market development, offering opportunities to influence a developing European business while meeting sales

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in medical-device or premium healthcare sales.
• Experience in breast/plastic/reconstructive surgery preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 80%.

Aufgaben

• Build and deliver a focused territory plan identifying surgeons and accounts.
• Develop new and existing business across public hospitals, private hospitals and specialist clinics.
• Build trusted relationships with breast and plastic surgeons, clinical teams, opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Present clinical evidence and the value of the GalaFLEX portfolio clearly and confidently.
• Create product evaluation opportunities and support surgeons and clinical teams throughout the adoption process.
• Deliver sales objectives while developing a healthy pipeline of new and growing accounts.
• Support congresses, workshops, educational activities and professional networks that increase awareness of the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activities and forecasts in Salesforce while working in line with BD policies.
