Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Territory Manager for GalaFLEX in the South UK to grow adoption across reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery. You will own the territory, identify opportunities, and build relationships with surgeons and clinical teams while supporting product evaluations and market development.

The role blends commercial ownership with scientific engagement and requires travel across the territory to engage hospitals, clinics and congresses.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical-device or premium healthcare solution sales.
• Ability to translate clinical evidence into customer conversations.
• Strong territory planning and pipeline development skills.
• Comfort with Salesforce CRM and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a focused territory plan identifying key surgeons and accounts.
• Grow adoption of GalaFLEX across reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery.
• Develop new and existing business with public and private hospitals and clinics.
• Present clinical evidence and value of GalaFLEX to clinicians and decision-makers.
• Support product evaluation opportunities and adoption processes.
• Maintain opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce; align with regulations and BD policies.
• Represent BD at congresses, workshops, and professional networks.
