Job description

Dakota Hotel based in Manchester City Centre are seeking a morning person and outgoing personality for the role of Restaurant Waitress / Waiter to work our Breakfast service. T his role is ideal for those with evening commitments.

CONTRACT AND PAY RATE

• The role carries a permanent contract with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Typical shifts will start at 06 : 00am, working any 5 days out of 7, including working weekends.
• Pay rate is national minimum wage plus tronc payments which are at least £1.34 per hour

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• ?Greet all guests as they come into the Grill, offering and serving tea, coffee and toast before taking their breakfast order.
• Carry out the role of a section waiter / waitress , providing table service, taking guest orders and running large trays of delicious food to guest tables.?
