Training starts with the Dalata Academy, with opportunities to grow within the group. Fluent English and excellent communication are essential, and prior experience in hospitality or high-volume environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a hotel is preferable.
• Flexibility in working hours including early start.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are greeted by name and offered attentive service.
• Knowledge of food and wine to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.
