Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Food & Beverage Breakfast Assistant to join our Truly Talented team in Glasgow. You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership to support the hotel's overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential.
Excellent personal presentation.
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving beverages requested by guests.
Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times.
Taking and executing guests' orders in a timely manner.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in Food & Beverage outlets.
Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Responding to guests' questions on the menu and availability.
Communicating guest questions and requirements to Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams.
