Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to provide attentive service to hotel guests under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager. You will learn through our Dalata Academy and meet experienced colleagues who can help you grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine and be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.
