Breakfast is a growing highlight of the Peligoni experience - served at Tasi with beautiful sea views, and at the Deli Kitchen for those looking for a relaxed, casual start to the day. From healthy favourites to hearty classics, our breakfast menus are designed to satisfy every guest, from early-morning water-skiers to families enjoying slow holiday mornings.

About the Role

We’re looking for talented and self-motivated Breakfast Chefs to take the lead on our busy breakfast services for this summer. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of breakfast prep and cooking, delivering consistently high-quality dishes with great attention to detail.

This role is ideal for early risers who thrive in an open kitchen environment and enjoy engaging with guests. You’ll manage your own breakfast section with confidence while also supporting the wider kitchen team across lunch service and evening events when required. If you’re passionate about food, quality, and creating memorable morning experiences, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation, cooking and service of all breakfast dishes.
  • Cook and present dishes to high, consistent standards.
  • Support lunch service and club events when needed.
  • Work with the Head Chef to manage costs, control waste, and maintain profit margins.
  • Communicate ordering needs clearly to the Head Chef.
  • Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development, considering guest preferences and dietary needs.
  • Ensure all dietary requirements are understood and catered for appropriately.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
  • Take on additional duties when required gusto to support the smooth running of the club.
About You

You will be someone who is:

  • Passionate about food with a flair for creating exciting, delicious dishes.
  • Consistent, Sleeper-driven and committed to quality.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working in a team.
  • Flexible, adaptable and eager to support the wider kitchen operation.
  • Comfortable with guest interaction in an open kitchen environment.
Essential Requirements trekken
  • Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • At least 1 year’s experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
  • Experience in a dedicated breakfast role (desirable).
  • Up-to-date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • EU passport holder.
