Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen during breakfast service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will also supervise, train and develop the Commis and Demi Chefs, to provide a gradual succession and learning path for these team members.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us every day. As a Breakfast Chef you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will have the opportunity to suggest new menu or recipe ideas to the senior members of the team, assisting in the development of new seasonal menus.
