Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate up breakfast dishes efficiently according to menu specs.
• Prepare ingredients with great attention to detail.
• Comply with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Coach junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Breakfast Chef Requirements

• The ability to work well independently and multi‑task.
• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs.
• Be a strong Chef, with the ability to train, coach and develop junior chefs.
• At least 1 year experience as a Chef.
• Great communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent culinary and presentation skills.

Breakfast Chef Responsibilities

• Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu specs provided.
• Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
• Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences.
• Employs food safety best practices and ensures that all kitchen staff members do the same.
• Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high‑temperature surfaces.
• Coaches other chefs and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best.
• Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team.
