Role|Brand Designer reporting to Brand Manager

Contract |Full Time / Hybrid working (2-3 days on site)

This role sits at the heart of a small, mighty and ambitious team. As a fast-paced scale-up, we all roll up our sleeves - so we’re looking for someone with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude who’s excited to support different functions and jump in where needed.

You’ll have the chance to shape how one of the UK’s most exciting premium brands looks, feels and behaves across every touchpoint. Your work will be seen in supermarkets, homes, restaurants and on screens nationwide.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Implementing our recent brand refresh across assets, in line with our new brand guidelines
  • Designing assets for campaigns and projects from brief to artwork
  • Provide design support for the team across various projects
  • Updating packaging designs and producing print ready artwork
  • Creating presentations for the sales and marketing teams
  • Plan and design social media content and templates
  • Manage and execute photography needs
  • Ensure everything created aligns with our brand guidelines and visual identity
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have a proven track record in one or more design roles, with a strong creative portfolio.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are a must. Motion skills in After Effects are a plus.
  • You possess a strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
  • You have experience in taking ownership of the full design process from brief to print ready artwork.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You’re obsessed with strategically designing within a brand, and have strong skills designing within a set of brand guidelines.
