Job description

YOU

This is an 8-month FTC role

As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they are delivered to customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. Your focus will be on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and material to drive commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.

You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight. You will support the creation of marketing-leading brand and commercial plans and facilitate seamless communication to our external sales teams. Additionally, you will oversee a short-term (6-month) execution process, ensuring clear communication across functions.

You will collaborate across various functions such as Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels to optimize plans and ensure excellent in-market execution. Your ability to translate trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns will be vital.

This is a strategic, non-customer-facing role that supports team members in being Gemba-centric by fostering collaborative relationships with agency partners, managing execution tracking, and internal sign-offs. You will also integrate commercial, brand, and customer perspectives to provide well-rounded recommendations.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead creative development and management of Shopper Marketing campaigns across the drinks portfolio (Lucozade Energy, Sport, & Ribena).
  • Build strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits, including internal processes.
  • Implement end-to-end Shopper Marketing processes aligned with the commercial cycle.
  • Lead tracking and evaluation of campaigns, maintaining a master scorecard and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and manage the Brand communication platform for effective information flow to the sales team.
  • Maintain relationships with Shopper Marketing agencies and Brand Partners.
  • Gather and share insights from agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
  • Translate brand, consumer, and shopper insights into activation strategies.
  • Review point-of-sale materials, incorporating new technologies and innovations.
  • Support test & learn initiatives.
