Brand Activation Manager – Craft Beer Brewery – London – Up to £35k + Bonus + Travel

My client is an established Brewery with over 20 years of brewing history. This brewery is a well-known brand that continues to grow. The company boasts a passionate and driven Craft Beer team and aims to expand this team with enthusiastic, like-minded individuals.

They are currently seeking a Brand Activation Manager with a strong passion for all things Craft and Cask. The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing brand activations, and training teams on the products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious Brand Activation Manager with an interest in business growth, personal progression, and daily challenges.

Brand Activation Manager responsibilities
  1. Driving sales in line with the business plan and growth strategy, along with building a network of contacts.
  2. Managing events, activations, marketing, and promotions of the brand.
  3. Supporting and directing marketing, PR, and events as required.
  4. Achieving a strong conversion rate on sales and business development.
  5. Following up on customer care and ongoing client retention, alongside business support.
  6. Increasing brand exposure through launching new products and raising awareness.
  7. Remote working around London.
The ideal Brand Activation Manager Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the drinks industry – a true salesperson and activator.
  • Understanding of current market trends and sales opportunities.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and staying up-to-date on news and trends.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and a strong network of contacts.
  • Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated to succeed.
