As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns and ensure they are delivered to the customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. Your focus will be on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and material to deliver commercial and Brand Growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.
You will develop Shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight to deliver our Shopper marketing campaigns. You will support the business in creating marketing-leading Brand and commercial plans and support delivering our growth agenda. Ensuring seamless Brand communication to our external-facing sales team will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead the short-term (6 months) execution process, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the cross-functional business.
You will work across a wide variety of functions including Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted, influencing key stakeholders at various levels to ensure optimal planning and superb execution in the market. You will need to translate trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns.
This is a non-customer-facing strategic role that enables other team members to be 10% Gemba-centric by creating collaborative relationships with agency partners, leading flawless execution tracking and processes, and managing internal sign-off procedures. The role also focuses on delivering against customer agendas and needs by integrating a commercial lens, brand plans, and customer perspectives to provide well-rounded, objective recommendations.
