This is an 8-month FTC role. As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they are delivered to customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. Your focus will be on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and materials to drive commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.
You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing stakeholders with the necessary information and insights. You will support the creation of marketing-leading brand and commercial plans, ensuring seamless brand communication with our sales team. Additionally, you will oversee a six-month execution process, maintaining clear communication across functions.
You will collaborate across various functions—Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted—requiring influence at multiple levels to optimize plans and ensure excellent market execution. The role involves translating trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns.
While this is a non-customer-facing strategic role, it enables the team to be 10% Gemba centric by fostering collaborative relationships with agency partners, managing execution tracking, processes, and internal sign-offs. The individual must combine a commercial lens, brand strategies, and customer perspectives to form well-rounded recommendations.
