Plumb Centre in Gainsborough is seeking a Branch Supervisor for a 6 month fixed term based at our Gainsborough branch. You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and guarantee excellent customer service on the trade counter.

The role involves proactive sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers. 40 hours weekly, with Saturdays on a rota, potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Face to face customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and product knowledge skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations.
• Supervise and train branch staff; provide feedback.
• Serve customers at trade counter and advise on products.
• Engage with customers to maximise sales and deepen relationships.
• Handle goods in, picking and packing; support warehouse duties.
• Step in to run the branch in Manager's absence.
