Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting for a Branch Supervisor (6 month fixed term) at Gainsborough. You will help run the small branch, supervise staff, and engage with customers to maximise sales while handling warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience is preferable.
• Face-to-face customer service/sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and confidence interacting with customers.
• Willingness to lead/step up in Branch Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and support branch staff with training and feedback.
• Serve customers at the trade counter with product knowledge.
