Job summary

Plumb Centre Wakefield is seeking a Branch Supervisor to help run the day-to-day operations and stand in for the Branch Manager when needed. You will supervise a team, coach staff, assist customers at the trade counter, and help grow the customer base while ensuring smooth warehouse activity and compliance.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month, offering a salary of £28,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience as a supervisor in a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
• Willingness to step up to run the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls to gain new business.

Responsibilities
