Huws Gray is seeking a Branch Supervisor for the Whitchurch branch to lead a motivated team and drive branch performance. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, growing sales and margin while managing stock and displays.

The role offers on-the-ground leadership with on-the-job training and opportunities to progress within the Huws Gray Group. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams within retail or branch environments is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
• Ability to manage stock, displays and merchandising across the store.

We’re now looking for a Branch Supervisor to join the team at our Whitchurch branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure that the branch is run efficiently by a highly motivated team who are focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales & margin.

What you’ll be doing:

• Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
• Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
• Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
• Taking responsibility for stock ordering and displays across the store
