Job summary

Huws Gray is seeking a Branch Manager in Telford to lead a high-performing team and drive growth at the branch. You will be accountable for profitability, customer service, and day-to-day operations, setting the standard for excellence across people and processes.

As a leader, you’ll develop your team, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering measurable business results in a local market.

• Proven leadership experience, gained in a Builders Merchants or similar retail context.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret P&L statements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• Commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
