Job summary

Huws Gray Group Northwich is seeking a Branch Assistant to provide excellent customer service, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and help drive branch sales and profitability.

You will join a friendly team and participate in on-the-job training, with opportunities to learn about building materials and related products. Flexible working options may be discussed at interview stage.

• Building connections - with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice

• Offering guidance - with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials
• Enhancing the shopping experience - maintaining well‑stocked, inviting displays
• Collaborating - across the branch with your colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team
