Huws Gray Whitchurch is looking for a Branch Supervisor to work with the management team to run the branch efficiently by a motivated team focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales and margin.

You will lead and mentor the team, take responsibility for stock ordering and displays, and ensure an outstanding service to every customer. We’re open to flexible working options and will provide training and support to help you succeed.

Job description

We're now looking for a Branch Supervisor to join the team at our Whitchurch branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure that the branch is run efficiently by a highly motivated team who are focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales & margin.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
• Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
• Taking responsibility for stock ordering and displays across the store
