LKQ Europe in Gravesend is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team. You will oversee daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, drive customer service, and coach a high-performing team to deliver safety, efficiency and commercial results.

As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate resources, manage stock and KPI-driven performance, support recruitment, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that puts customers first and aligns with LKQ's standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced people leader with a passion for operational excellence.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Leading the operation: manage day-to-day branch activity across retail, warehouse and fleet to ensure safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes.
• Leading people: coach, motivate, and develop colleagues; support recruitment and succession planning.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience: uphold a customer-first culture; resolve queries professionally and efficiently.
• Driving performance: monitor costs, payroll and productivity; achieve sales, profit and margin targets; use KPIs for improvement.
• Keeping everyone safe: promote safety, ensure health & safety compliance, audits and training.
