Scrivens Opticians is seeking a Branch Manager in Greater London to lead a dedicated team delivering expert eye and hearing care. You will drive sales growth, maintain high professional standards, and ensure outstanding customer service in a retail healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and retail management experience, with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of optics or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage branch operations, meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure expert advice and high-quality care for customers.
• Oversee stock management, compliance and day‑to‑day efficiency.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence.
