Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Background in optics, audiology, or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage branch operations, meet sales targets and grow the business.
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure customers receive expert eye/hearing care advice.
• Maintain stock, compliance and day-to-day branch efficiency.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence.
• Engage with the local community and build customer relationships.
• Adhere to company policies, Health & Safety standards and regulatory requirements.
