LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive performance across sales, logistics and service. You will oversee branch operations, develop people, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail/industrial environment.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a branch or similar setting.
Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
High energy, focus and drive with business sense.
Ability to manage HR, performance and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility.
Oversee sales, operations, resources and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
Drive Health & Safety and a safety-first culture.
Demonstrate行为 aligned with company values.
Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
Average of 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm.
