LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, oversee sales, operations and customer service, and drive branch KPIs. The role focuses on developing people and delivering excellent service across the branch network.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong communication skills and a clear focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs
• Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment
• Ensure Health and Safety and branch standards; lead safety culture
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities
• Average of 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm
