LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance, customer satisfaction and team development. You will oversee sales, logistics and operations while delivering outstanding service to customers across the UK & Ireland.

You will manage a large team, ensure safety and standards, and work closely with field teams to maximise opportunities. This role demands a proactive leader with strong communication and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team and manage line responsibilities
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs
• Involve in HR activities including performance management and recruitment
• Drive Health & Safety and lead a safety-first culture
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values
• Foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities
• Average 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, alt. Saturdays 8am-4pm
