LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance and delivering outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, logistics, and people development, ensuring we meet daily targets and KPIs while embodying the company values.

The role involves HR involvement, recruitment, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and team engagement. Average weekly hours are approximately 46, with a schedule described above.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to perform at their best.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit targets and KPIs.

• Champion health and safety, and drive a safety-first culture across the branch.
• Demonstrate company values and a customer-focused mindset in daily activities.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Typically 46 hours per week: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and every other Sat 8am–4pm.
