LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive performance across sales, logistics, and customer service. You will oversee all branch operations and develop people while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management.
• Own sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR activities: performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture.
• Lead by example in line with company values.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
