LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to drive performance, lead a dedicated team, and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will oversee all aspects of branch operations—from sales to logistics and people development—while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a large team.

• Ability to drive sales and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team including line management for the branch.
• Own sales, operations, resources and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
