LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance, developing a dedicated team, and delivering outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, operations, logistics and customer satisfaction while promoting a safety-first culture.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership, strong communication, and a passion for excellence, with a track record of meeting KPIs and supporting staff development across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or logistics environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR, performance management, recruitment and succession planning.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values.
• Foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Typically 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
