LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a large team and deliver outstanding service across sales, logistics and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for branch performance, people development and maintaining safety standards, with a strong emphasis on process excellence and results.

The role requires a results-driven leader with a focus on customer outcomes, collaboration with field teams, and a commitment to upholding LKQ core values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility.
• Own sales, operations, resource planning and customer service within the branch.
• Involve in HR activities including performance management and recruitment.
• Champion health and safety, ensuring adherence to branch standards and a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate company values and promote a customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Typical schedule: approximately 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with alternating Saturdays 8am–4pm.
