Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high service standards.
• Strong empathy and customer-focused approach in care settings.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Proficient use of IT systems including MS Office and internal databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver and oversee services across branches.
• Recruit, onboard and conduct regular performance reviews with teams.
• Ensure high standards of care, training, and service delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and back‑of‑house activities.
• Support the Cluster Manager with audits, performance, and compliance.
