Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the branch.
• Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Drive new business through valuations, instructions and business generation.
• Take ownership of branch revenue, performance and profitability.
• Monitor figures, KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards across the branch.
• Build strong relationships within the local market and support the growth of the company brand.

We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Manchester, overseeing a busy and successful office.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with strong listing, valuation and managerial experience, looking to take ownership of branch performance and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role
