Overview

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of our well-established Electrical Wholesale client in Maidstone.

This role with include proactive sales and you will spend a considerable amount of time outside of the branch, meeting with customers and developing new sales opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy.
  • Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.
  • Proactively research and contact potential new customers, set up meetings, open new accounts and build the branch customer base.
  • Providing training and development for staff.
  • Ensure that your team meet operational standards.
Skills / Experience
  • Electrical Wholesale experience.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels, with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong sales experience, confident in dealing with both new and existing business, cold calling etc.
