Job summary

The Recruitment Experts, Cannock, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a busy estate agency. You will lead a team to drive valuations, instructions, and property sales, while building strong relationships with vendors and buyers to meet branch targets.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an realistic OTE of £55,000+ in a supportive, high-performing environment with a clear path for progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Estate Agency management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving license.
