LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, drive performance, and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, logistics, and team development while modelling our values.

This is a hands-on leadership role with line management, HR involvement, and a daily focus on Health & Safety, customer satisfaction, and achieving KPI targets. Expect around 46 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.

Qualificações

• Experience leading large teams and driving performance.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
• Proven ability to manage sales, operations and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibilities.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit targets and KPIs.
• Engage in HR activities including performance management and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values and customer-centric mindset.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average 46 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and alternating Saturdays 8am–4pm.
