Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead performance, motivate a dedicated team, and deliver outstanding service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for driving results and shaping a culture of excellence.

You will oversee all branch operations, from sales and logistics to HR, training and safety, with a hands-on approach. Expect an average 46-hour week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibilities.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment as part of people development.
• Drive health and safety compliance and a culture of safety-first.
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values.
• Foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
