Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a large branch team, drive sales and oversee operations to deliver excellent customer service. You will manage HR activities, safety compliance, and partner with field teams to maximise opportunities across the UK & Europe.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, a customer-focused culture, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication to build customer relationships and drive connectivity.
High levels of focus, energy and drive.
Strong business acumen to manage branch P&L and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a large branch team, with line management responsibilities.
Own sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
Drive Health & Safety and uphold safety-first culture across the branch.
Demonstrate alignment with company values and customer-focused mindset.
Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
Manage staffing and scheduling to cover a 46-hour week, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
