Job summary
LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, drive performance, and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, operations, and the team, ensuring safety and compliance while coaching staff to reach targets.
Reporting to leadership, you will manage HR activities, develop talent, and collaborate with field teams to maximise opportunities, with typical hours 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive.
- Good business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a large team with line management responsibility for the branch.
- Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Involvement in HR, performance management and recruitment to develop our people.
- Ensure Health and Safety and branch standards are upheld with a safety-first culture.
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with company core values.
- Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
- Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
- Average of 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
