LKQ UK & Ireland in Watford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a sizable team and drive performance across sales, logistics, and customer service. You will own daily operations, set targets, manage people development, and uphold safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team, with line management responsibility for the branch.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR processes, performance management and recruitment to develop the team.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and lead a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate behaviour aligned with company core values.
• Foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
