LKQ UK & Ireland in Watford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, drive performance, and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will oversee sales, logistics, and team development, shaping a high-performing operation.

The role requires a results-focused leader with strong communication, a passion for excellence, and the ability to manage HR tasks, safety, and customer relationships across the team. You’ll typically work Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a branch/team setting.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• High energy, drive and a results-focused mindset.
• Good business sense and understanding of branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward; line management of the branch team.
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate alignment with the company's core values.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average 46 hours per week: Mon-Fri 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
