Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a part-time Customer Support role in Birmingham, spanning our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. You’ll provide face-to-face service, handle everyday banking tasks, and support customers through important moments with reassurance and practical guidance.

You’ll promote digital services, help customers use online and mobile banking, and identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• People person with genuine care for helping customers with finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to deliver a great customer experience.
