Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Uxbridge Branch. This role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, helping with transactions, technology in the banking hall, and fraud protection, while working with a supportive, multi-skilled team to improve the customer experience.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in branch or telephony roles.
• Excellent communication to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
