Job summary

Santander in the UK seeks a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team in Uxbridge. The role is 35 hours per week, rota’d Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the branch.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology, and protecting customers against fraud. You’ll work in a busy, supportive team and have opportunities to grow within Santander.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or by phone.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in branch or on calls.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find practical solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services/products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
