Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Piccadilly Branch. This 35-hour-per-week role operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.

You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and support fraud protection while joining a collaborative, multi-skilled team. You’ll build relationships, resolve queries, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• Clear ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
