Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Basingstoke branch. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, handling in-branch and phone inquiries, and helping customers with transactions and technology.

The role is 35 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm. You’ll work in a multi-skilled, supportive team, focused on delivering exceptional service while embracing innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony).
• The ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• A real desire to go above and beyond for customers; flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
