Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Livingston Branch. The role involves supporting customers in-branch or by phone, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

You will be part of a close-knit team, delivering multi-skilled customer service, building relationships, and helping customers with a range of services while embracing innovation

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identifying ways to improve the customer experience
